Project Details Page

Manages the subscriptions of Edge Connectors and reference projects to the current project.

If a project is initially created, the data tables are empty.

Reference Projects Table

As soon as a project is subscribed to Edge Connectors and you have added Reference Projects, the data in the table becomes populated.

Unified Engineering – Browser Access Table

If you have AVEVA Unified Engineering – Browser Access enabled on your account, the Unified Engineering – Browser Access table is shown.

Error Message

If you have a name of a deleted project selected, an Error message is displayed.

If you close the message, the Project: Name page content is greyed.

If you have bookmarked a Project Details Page for quick access in your browser, after 6 month the project is permanently deleted from the database and you call the bookmarked page again, an error message is displayed.

If you click Close, a Page not found page is displayed, because the project is physically not in the database anymore.

Status

Displays the status of a project. The following statuses are possible:

The project is waiting to be uploaded to AVEVA Unified Engineering - Spectrum.

Refer to Upload an AVEVA Administration Project Using an Existing Spectrum Project for further information.

The project files have been prepared and are being uploaded to AVEVA Cloud.

The project is ready and must be subscribed to an Edge Connector to enable the usage in the appropriate AVEVA applications.

The project is deleted, but can be restored if required.

Refer to Delete Project or Restore Project for further information.

The project is locked and cannot be entered by users.

Submenu Icon

Displays the submenu of an available project:

Manage user sessions

Displays the User Sessions for Project Page to view and remove current user sessions for the project.

For more information, see Terminate Single User Session from Project.

Lock project

Displays the Lock project message to enable preventing users entering this project.

Lock

Locks the project to prevent users entering the project. The Status chip as shown as Locked.

Delete Project

Note: The Delete Project option becomes only available, if a Ready and Pending project is selected.

Deletes the selected project.

If you select Delete Project, the Confirm project deletion side sheet is displayed.

Project Name

Input an existing project name you want to delete.

If you have entered a valid name, the Delete button becomes available.

Delete

Deletes the specified project. For more information, see Delete Project. You can display the deleted project using the Show deleted projects option.

Once a project is deleted, it is not deleted permanently. The project can be restored within 6 months of the deletion, after this time it is permanently removed. For more information, see Restore Deleted Project.

If a project is referenced by another project, the deletion of the project is not performed and an error message is displayed.

If a project is subscribed to Edge Connector, the project will be unsubscribed from all Edge Connectors. If this project is restored subscriptions need to be created again.

Share with communities

Note: The Share with communities option becomes only available, if you have the Communities Administrator role.

Displays the communities the project is shared into and enables sharing the project into a community.

Displays the submenu of a locked project:

Unlock project

Displays the Unlock project message.

Unlock

Unlocks the project. The current status of the project is displayed again.

Displays the submenu of a deleted project:

Restore

Restores the current project.

For more information, see Restore Deleted Project.

Project Description

Displays the defined project description, for example, Sample Data.

Add Edge connectors

Displays the Add Edge Connectors Side Sheet on the right side of the window.

Edge Connectors Data Table

Displays Edge Connectors data:

Name

Displays the Edge Connector name.

Description

Displays the Edge Connector description.

User connected to this project

Displays the number of users which are connected to the project.

Sync Status

Displays the synchronization status.

The project is syncing to the edge connector and cannot be used until the data has finished syncing.

Project data is on the Edge Connector and ready for use.

Submenu

Displays the submenu:

Copy SubscriptionID

Copies the subscription id of the Project. This can be passed to AVEVA Unified Engineering using the -proj argument to enter a specific Project using this Edge Connector.

Remove

Removes the subscription of an Edge Connector from a project.

If you have not added an Edge Connector, the table displays: No Edge Connector found containing this project.

Add Reference Projects

Displays the Add Edge Connectors Side Sheet side sheet on the right side of the window.

Reference Projects Data Table

Displays the reference projects data.

Name

Displays the reference project name.

Click the reference project name to display the appropriate projects details page.

Code

Displays the reference project code.

Description

Displays the reference project description.

Submenu

Displays the submenu of an available project:

Remove

Removes an assigned reference project from the project.

If you have not added a reference project, the table displays: This project does not have any reference projects.
