The Status of a given Edge Connector can be seen on the Edge Connectors data table. This status value has now been extended so if there are any problems with the automatic updates to the Edge Connector the status will show as offline |

Double claiming of an element across multiple edge connectors: There was a specific user scenario in which two users in different locations could claim the same element at the same time, and it would appear to both users as though their claim was successful, even though it would actually only grant the claim to the first user. We have updated the response from the claims service so it is clearer when a claim isn't granted and this will allow the desktop Unified Engineering application to behave accordingly. The error message for this scenario will be improved in the next release of the desktop Unified Engineering application. |
