Send Invite (Owner)

Prerequisite

• Sign In to CONNECT.

  Note: The Community Owner sends the invite on Account A.

• Get Invitee Account ID (Invitee).

To send an invite

1. In the CONNECT navigation pane, select Communities to display the Communities page.

2. Select the Power- Plant - Spectrum tile, to display the Power Plant - Spectrum page.

   

3. Click + Invite to display the Invite to community side sheet.

   

4. Click Verify to check the Account Name is as expected.

   

5. Click Invite.

   The invitation is sent out to the Communities Administrators of the Invitee Account (Account B) and the Invitation status displayed in the Community tile and on the Invitation tab.

   

   When the invitee receives an email, they must Accept Invite (Invitee).
