Check Edge Connector Version Number

To find the Edge Connector version number of the currently installed Edge Connector:

1. Open a File Explorer.

2. On the View tab, in the Show/hide area, enable the Hidden option to allow the display of hidden folders and files.

3. Navigate to:

   C:\ProgramData\AVEVA\Spectrum Edge Connector

   to display the SpectrumEdgeInstaller.exe:

   

4. Select SpectrumEdgeInstaller.exe.

5. Click the right mouse button to display the context menu.

6. Select Properties to display the SpectrumEdgeInstaller Properties window:

   

7. Select the Details tab.

In the Product Version line, you find the version number of the currently installed Edge connector:

Note:
The 1.1.122 release is the initial version. The initial release requires to Update Existing Edge Connector to launch frequent updates automatically.
