Share Project in AVEVA Unified - Spectrum Administration (Owner)

Note: The functionality is available if the community is set up. In this example, the Owner shares a project in AVEVA Unified Engineering - Spectrum Administration on Account A.
You share a project with a community so that every member of the community has access to the project.The community members can use the project within the AVEVA Unified Engineering product components with an installed Edge Connector then. You perform the required services and roles setup in a single step.

In AVEVA Unified Engineering - Spectrum Administration, select Projects.

Select the project you want to share, for example, Plant Sample to display the Project: Plant Sample page.

Select the submenu icon to display the submenu.

Select Shared with community to display the Communities for Project Plant Sample page.

Select Share with community to display the Share project with community form.

Select a Community name you want to share the project with.

If the Service name in community entry field becomes available (in case it has not been shared before in Communities in CONNECT), enter a Service name, you want to use in the community.

Select a Role using the dropdown selection.

Select Share.
The Communities for Project Sample page is populated with the community details and the community has access to the project now.
