Create Community in CONNECT (Owner)

Prerequisite

Note: The Community Owner performs the Community creation on Account A.

Assign Communities Administrator role in CONNECT (Owner, Invitee).
To create a Community in CONNECT

In the CONNECT navigation pane, select Communities to to display the Communities page.

Click + Create community to display the side sheet.

In the Community name, input a descriptive name, for example, Account A - Account B.

In the Description, input a helpful description, for example, Community with Account A and Account B.

Click Save.
On the Communities page, a new tile is created.

You can use the tile to manage the Community.
