Edge Connector Cloudstore folder

The Edge Connector includes a Cloudstore folder that stores non-Dabacon project files for the Spectrum projects subscribed to that Edge Connector.

The system synchronizes files in the Cloudstore folder to all other Edge Connectors the project is subscribed to, with the following limitations:

• Files that are added to or modified in the XXXDFLTS/data/reports folder are not synchronized to other Edge Connectors with project XXX subscribed.

• Files larger than 20 GB are not synchronized.

• .zip files cannot exceed 2 GB and archive files cannot exceed 2,000 files (including formats such as .docx and .pptx that contain multiple internal files).

• File synchronization stops on an Edge Connector when the available disk space falls below 5%.

The synchronization process includes virus scanning. The time required to complete the virus scan depends on the size and complexity of the file. As a result, larger or more complex files can take longer to synchronize to other Edge Connectors. The application rejects any files that fail the virus scan and logs the failure as an error.
