To terminate a single user session from a project

From the navigation pane on the AVEVA Unified Engineering - Spectrum Administration homepage, select the Project icon to display the Projects page.

Select the project name that contains the active user you want to remove. The project must have at least one connected user, for example, Plant Sample.

Adjacent to the Status Indicator chip, click the submenu icon to open the context menu.

Select Manage user sessions to display the User Sessions for Project [Project Name] page.

Select the check box adjacent to the user name, for example, user.name to make the Terminate Selected button available.
Note: Non-administrative users can also access the Manage user sessions page to view and terminate their own user sessions. However, they are not able to see or manage the user sessions of other users in the project.

Click Terminate Selected to display the Manage user sessions message:

Click Terminate.
The user session is closed, and the user is disconnected from the project. The updated number of connected users appears in the Users Connected column.

Note: This action is logged and visible in the audit report through CONNECT. For more information, see View audit logs.
