Setup Community in CONNECT

Note: To create a Community you need the Communities Administrator role assigned. You can assign through the User Management. For more information, see CONNECT - User Management - Roles page.

Note: For this setup example, two accounts are used:
- The Communities Owner works on Account A,
- The Invitee to the Community works on Account B.

To create a Community for AVEVA Unified Engineering - Spectrum

  1. Sign In to CONNECT to display the CONNECT Home page.

  2. Assign Communities Administrator role in CONNECT (Owner, Invitee).

  3. Create Community in CONNECT (Owner).

  4. Get Invitee Account ID (Invitee).

  5. Send Invite (Owner).

  6. Accept Invite (Invitee).

  7. Confirm Invite (Owner).

  8. Share Project
