Share Project With Community Side Sheet

Shares a project with a community.

Community name

Defines the community the project must be shared with.

Select an available Community name from dropdown list.

Service name in Community

As soon as the Community name field is populated, the Service name in Community becomes available.

If a service has been already shared in Community (CONNECT), the shared service name populates the Service name in Community field and it is is a greyed.

If a service has not been shared in Community (CONNECT), the Service name in Community field is displayed as an entry field to enter a service name.

Roles

Defines the role for project access.

Select the role from dropdown list.

Share

As soon as all fields in the side sheet are populated, the Share button becomes available.

Shares the selected project with the community.
