Extended Edge Connector status information |
After an Edge Connector is installed it will move out of state "Pending", into either "Online" or "Offline". The status is determined by whether the Edge Connector services have successfully communicated with the cloud services. An Edge Connector which has not contacted the cloud services at all following the release on 26th September 2023 will be marked as "Unknown". For more information, see Status Indicator in Edge Connector Details Page. |
