Workflow Group 1: Design standards

You can create symbols and objects that are incorporated into your ViewApps. Rather than create unique symbols and objects for each ViewApp, you can use IDE tools to create a set of reusable template symbols and objects that can be individually configured to meet the differing requirements of your ViewApps.

The following figure summarizes the major workflows to create reusable standards you need to build ViewApps. As shown in the figure, the System Platform IDE includes a set of editors to build reusable symbols, objects, scripts, layouts, and screen profiles.
