Configure AVEVA Deliverables Management in Innovator

Once AVEVA Deliverables Management and the AVEVA Deliverables Management Publishing Service have been installed and set up by an IT administrator, the administrator responsible for AVEVA Deliverables Management needs to configure the following items in Innovator:

1. Class libraries: Required for other AVEVA products including AVEVA Unified Engineering to communicate with AVEVA Deliverables Management. These are defined in AVEVA™ Information Standards Manager.

2. Assets: The assets that are reviewed in AVEVA Deliverables Management.

3. Users: Those who perform the work, defined by their role.

4. Identities: Roles and permissions for both users and groups.

5. Projects and project teams: The projects which contain the assets used in AVEVA Deliverables Management, and the teams of users assigned to them.

6. Documents: The definitions of the documents created as deliverables, including numbering and naming conventions.

7. Export templates (optional): How and where the data from Innovator will be published.

8. Workflows, including Technical Data Pack (TDP) workflow configuration and email notification templates: The review and approval workflows for the incoming TDPs.

   Note: This section only covers the topics applicable for AVEVA Deliverables Management because Innovator provides additional capabilities.
