Use the asset’s dashboard

An asset dashboard is created for every asset created, displaying relevant details of the asset. The dashboard is customer configurable and thus displays information designated by the ALM administrator.

1. Select Asset Lifecycle Management.

2. Select the Asset desired.

3. Review the options available for the asset which can (but are not limited to) include:

   • Breakdown Structure

   • Workflow Tasks

   • Tags

   • Tags by Status Control

     • Status control graphics (widgets) map item status values to corresponding visual controls for better usability and representation, seen below:

       

   • Documents

     • Revision equals Asset revision in AVEVA Unified Engineering.

     • System Rev equals Revision in Innovator

   • Documents by Revision
