Publish individual elements

Publishing occurs either direct publishing using the Publish button from an element or by saving an update to an element, as long as the Owner and Purpose are set.

1. From the top ribbon, select Manage from Deliverables Management.

2. Select Search & Filter.

3. From Project Explorer, select the isometric required.

   1. If loading a previously saved collection, select Load Collections.

   2. Double-click the saved collection to load it.

4. If necessary, refine the loaded isometrics by typing a keyword in the Select items to publish filter. For example, 120 will present only those assets with "120" in the name.

5. Select all desired assets. They appear in the staging area with their available characteristics.

6. You can optionally save the selected elements for later use:

   1. Select Save Collection.

   2. Type a name for the collection and select OK.

   3. Select OK again once saved.

   4. To remove an element, select it and select Remove.

7. Select the Owner and Purpose.

8. Select Publish. This exports the selected elements into a TDP that will result in a check pack in Innovator.
