Automatically publish data

This feature automatically publishes updated data from E3D to Innovator every time the user saves, but only when the Owner and Purpose are first defined in Default Values in Settings. Owner and Purpose are derived from Innovator.

1. Update an element and save.

2. For every element that has been updated, the associated data publishes automatically, creating a new revision.

   Note: Saving a Collection will not trigger automatic publishing.

Disable automatic publish

Publish all updated elements in a zone

When needing to publish everything, not just updated elements, the synchronize button enables all elements within a single Zone to be published.

3. From the tree view, right-click a zone.

4. Select Synchronize. All elements are published to Innovator.

5. Note: view the Log to ascertain if publishing was a success or failure.
