Alternative method to select elements

Use this method to directly add elements from within AVEVA Unified Engineering to the ALM Search & Filter window. The example shown below uses the Project view in AVEVA Engineering as an illustration but the process is similar in other areas of AVEVA Engineering and in AVEVA E3D.

Select the element to be reviewed for publishing.

Select Add To Collection. This opens the ALM Search and Filter and adds the element. If an element is already present in the ALM Search and Filter window, it will be replaced by the new selection.

Proceed with Publish individual elements to publish the selected element.
