Manage a project team

Identities are added to project teams so that any user assigned to that identity has appropriate access to the project. Teams are not directly created but instead are created automatically when creating a project. Use the project to update the team if required. The following rules apply to project teams:

  • Multiple project teams can be assigned to the same asset.

  • The same user can be assigned to the same project with different roles.

  • The role identity used in the project is assigned in the workflow during the routing of the check pack.

These configuration instructions require the user to be added to the ALM Project Managers group.
