Create a user

From the Contents menu, select Asset Lifecycle Management and then Configuration and then Users.

Select Create New User to open a blank User form. Alternatively, select New User from the toolbar on the User page.

Enter the Login Name and Display Name for the user. The system alerts you if incorrect characters are used.

Set the password for the user, which you will need to communicate to them.

Select Logon Enable to allow access.

Enter their email address so that notifications are successfully routed.

Select Save or Done to save your changes.
Once created, the user must be assigned to the correct role(s) before they can use AVEVA Deliverables Management. See Assign a user or group to an identity. The user must also be assigned to a project team and given a role. See Assign users to a project.
