Assign a user or group to an identity

It is possible to add individual users or a group of users as defined by another identity. The ALM Viewers identity should always be added first to a user’s profile.

1. From the Contents menu, select Asset Lifecycle Management and then Configuration and then Identities.

2. Select Search Identities to display the Identities page with a list of all identities.

3. Select the desired Identity.

4. Select Edit.

5. Select Add Identity to add a user or identity to the Identity.

   

6. Select Run Search to search for existing users or type the name of the user in the blue Name field and select the user.

7. Select OK and then Save.
