Assign a job template

From the activity in the workflow, job templates are used to trigger the type of activity when publishing when the template is assigned to a workflow.

1. From within the workflow, select Edit.

2. Select the activity where the Job Template is required.

3. Select the Job Templates tab.

4. Select Add New Template.

5. Select the magnifying glass to load the previously created export templates (see Export templates for detail).

6. Select the desired template. If the template is marked Inactive, it must be activated for the operation to successfully execute.

7. Select Save and Done.
