Disable a user

If a user has been attached to an object in Innovator, the user can never be removed and instead must be disabled.

1. From the Contents menu, select Asset Lifecycle Management and then Configuration and then Users.

2. Select Search Users.

3. User the search filter to find the user and then double-click their name.

4. Select Edit.

5. Deselect Logon Enable to disable access.

6. Select Save or Done to save your changes.
