Update an approved tag or object

Use this procedure for assets that have been approved and then updated, and then need to be re-validated

Update a tag or object

1. In AVEVA Engineering from the top ribbon, select Manage then Search & Filter.

2. From the Elements tab in the Project Explorer, select the type of element required.

   1. If loading a previously saved collection, select Load Collections.

   2. Double-click the saved collection to load it.

3. If necessary, reduce the available options by typing a keyword. For example, 120 will present only those assets with "120" in the name.

4. Select the element required and update the properties that have changed.

5. Select Publish. This exports the selected elements into a Technical Data Pack (TDP) that will result in a check pack in Innovator.
