Most modules function the same way with regards to creating and searching for content. The example shown here represents all the modules.
Note: The ability to create is reserved for administrator roles and is not available for all users.
-
Select the Contents button then select the desired module. The example shown here is for identities, but the actions are the same for each module.

-
Select an option:
-
Create New <module name>: enables creation of a new entity supporting the module selected
-
Search: select Search to open the module. Once opened, select Search again (do not enter any terms into the search field) to see all created entities.
-
Quick Search: use to quickly find a known entity
Note: A quick search option is available for some modules by clicking the magnifying glass to jump directly to search the module.

Operate the standard filtering mechanism using the row in blue.

Each column header in blue functions as a filter for the column. Enter the search term or use a wildcard. In the example above, *1 in the Document Number column filters shows only those documents that end in 1.
Delete items
Items in lists can be deleted by right-clicking an item, selecting More and then Delete.
