Manage workflows

Workflow defines the review stages of the data as well as the roles needed to interact with the activity. If publishing to AVEVA AIM, export templates must first be configured before so that they can be selected in the workflow.

View workflows

  1. In Innovator, select Asset Lifecycle Management, then Configuration, and then Workflow Maps.

  2. Select Search Workflow Maps and then Search again.

  3. Review the listed workflows.

View progress in the assigned workflow in a check pack

  1. Select Asset Lifecycle Management and then Search Check and Search again.

  2. Select the desired check pack.

  3. Select the Navigate icon and then Workflow.

    The current progress of the check pack in the workflow is displayed.
