Breakdown Structure used in AVEVA Unified Engineering

In AVEVA Unified Engineering the user can select the Breakdown Structure.

1. In AVEVA Deliverables Management the user can elect to work with a Breakdown Structure to retrieve the deliverables assigned to the hierarchical structure.

   • If a Breakdown Structure is selected, it can be either defined on the ALM site (Use Breakdown Structure from ALM Server) or in the AVEVA Unified Engineering application (Specify individual Breakdown Structure).

   • If the definition in AVEVA Unified Engineering is used, the Breakdown Structure on the ALM side is generated by the publish process of deliverables.

2. If a Breakdown Structure is not used, select Don’t use Breakdown Structure.
