Set owner and purpose

The Owner and Purpose need to be defined so that both Innovator and Engineering can successfully publish. This is first accomplished in Innovator and if the credentials do not flow over to Engineering, see Troubleshooting.

In Innovator, specify the Purpose and the Owner at Create TDP Purpose and Configuration.

In Engineering/E3D, the Purpose and Owner are defined from Innovator.
