Promote an Element to Released

With the correct permissions, use this procedure to promote an element from Preliminary to Released.

Search the Technical Data Packs module for the desired tag.

Select the Breakdown Structure tab.

Navigate to the item marked Preliminary from within the BOM structure and select it. It turns yellow.

Select Promote to move the item from Preliminary to Released.
Everything underneath the item will be released and the revision scheme (version) will increment by one.
