Create a workflow

Described below is a shorthand version on how to create a workflow. For more information about workflows, refer to the About Workflows topic of the Just Ask Innovator help. See Get more help with Innovator for details of how to access the help.

From the Contents menu, select Asset Lifecycle Management, then Configuration and then Workflow Maps.

Select Create New Workflow Map to open a blank Workflow Map form. Alternatively, select New Workflow Map from the toolbar on the Workflow Maps page.

Enter the Name, Label, and Description of the workflow.

Select the workflow Process Owner, for example the Creator.

Select Save or Done to save your changes.
Note: Activities must be added before using the workflow. See Create activities.
