Connect to Primary

Both the PI APS Configuration Utility and Sync Engine require a connection to the primary PI Server in a collective to change configuration settings or change point definitions. The PI APS Configuration Utility connects to the primary server in a collective unless the primary server is not running. If the PI APS Configuration Utility connects to the primary server, this command is unavailable. If the PI APS Configuration Utility cannot connect to the primary server, it connects to a secondary server. While connected to a secondary server, the PI APS Configuration Utility operates in read-only mode and this command is available to initiate an attempt to reconnect to the primary server.
