PI point deletes shortcut menu

When the PI point deletes button is selected, PI points that no longer have corresponding data source tags are displayed in the grid. The shortcut menu contains three commands.

Note: If you delete a point, the history data for the point is no longer accessible and can only be recovered by reprocessing all archives that hold data for the point.
