Enable APS for Interface

The Enable APS for Interface command allows you to disable or enable synchronization for the selected interface instance in the Interface: box on the main window. If the Enable APS for Interface check box is not selected, then synchronization is currently disabled for this interface instance. If the Enable APS for Interface check box is selected, then synchronization is currently enabled for this interface instance. Click this command to toggle the setting.

Note: If an interface instance is configured for periodic scheduling, enabling the interface instance implicitly initiates the first synchronization scan for the interface instance.

If the Sync Engine is idle, it may take several seconds for the first synchronization to begin. If the Sync Engine is synchronizing another interface, that synchronization must complete before synchronization begins for the new interface.

Note: If an interface instance is disabled while a synchronization scan is in progress for it, the synchronization is aborted.
