Digital state table permissions for PI APS

The PI APS Synchronization Engine or PI APS Configuration Utility requires read access for the PI Server digital state table (PIDS in Database Security). To create digital sets, write access is also required. Generally, PI APS does not edit digital sets.

The PI APS Synchronization Trigger service does not access the PI Server digital state table.
