Poor Performance in AVEVA Unified Engineering

Check which Edge Connector you are Connected to

• On the AVEVA Unified Engineering command window, query an evar by writing:

  q evar ‘XXXPIC’

  where XXX is the three letter project code. The path returned will be of the format:

  \\<edge connector machine name>\cloudstore\<project name>

• Check if the Edge Connector machine name is on your LAN.

• If you are unsure contact your Administrator.

Check Edge Connector

• Reach out to your administrator/ IT team.

• Request they check your Edge Connector is switched on and the Connector Services are running.
