Welcome to Data Archive administration! The intended audience for this publication is PI System administrators, operators, engineers, managers, and other plant personnel.

Data Archive receives or retrieves data and serves it in real time throughout the PI System and your entire information infrastructure. Data Archive administration consists of tasks that help ensure Data Archive is able to receive or retrieve data from data sources in your infrastructure and then serve that data throughout your PI System to users that need real-time data.
