Informational messages

Some messages are not directly returned to the user but instead are sent to the PI Message Subsystem. Such messages include information regarding the status of the steps involved in a point class edit (rename the original class, add a new class, implicitly edit dependent points, remove the original class) and the number of dependent points found.
