Start and stop interfaces

The first time you start a PI interface, start it from the Windows Services control panel. After that, you can start and stop the interface using PI ICU.

Click Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services

In the Services window, find the interface that you want to start or stop. For example, PI Random Simulator (random) Interface X64.

Right-click the interface service and choose Start or Stop.
