Check for corrupt archives

By using the PI SMT Archives tool, you can easily verify that you do not have any corrupt archives. It is especially important to check that:

  • The primary archive is not corrupt.

  • If you are backfilling, the archive you are backfilling to is not corrupt.

The PI SMT Archives tool flags corrupt archives and enables you to reprocess them while they are online. For more information, see Archive reprocessing.
