To change the number of backups shown in the Backup History table, set the Backup_MaxHistory tuning parameter.

Open PI SMT.

Under Collectives and Servers, select the server you want to check.

Under System Management Tools, select Operation > Tuning Parameters.

In the Tuning Parameters tool, click the Backup tab.

Double-click Backup_MaxHistory and set the parameter value.
