Delete an archive

You must unregister an archive before you can delete its files.

  1. In PI SMT, select Operation > Archives.

  2. Right-click the archive and select Unregister Archive.

  3. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the archives folder (by default, C:\Program Files\PI\arc).

  4. Delete the archive file (archive_name.arc) and the related annotation file (archive_name.arc.ann).
