Flowsheet Manager

It is possible in Process Model Manager Reference Manual to set up flowsheets. Flowsheets correspond to linked distillation towers, mixers and splitters which define refinery products by modelling commercial fractionation.

This powerful feature enables you to use commercially fractionated cuts, defined according to a complete distillation system, where otherwise only perfectly fractionated cuts might be available.

The Flowsheet Manager allows the manipulation of flowsheets in Process Model Manager Reference Manual. Several different options allow flowsheets to be created and edited:

• - create a new flowsheet

• - edit the selected flowsheet

• - share the selected flowsheet via CrudeSync

• - change the owner of the selected flowsheet

• - copy the selected flowsheet

• - delete the selected flowsheet

• - rename the selected flowsheet

• - import a flowsheet from an external file

• - save the selected flowsheet to a file
