Review CROUP input and output

CROUP runs as an extension which must be separately licensed from Process Model Manager Reference Manual. Process Model Manager Reference Manual creates an input file which is used by CROUP to generate results, and receives an output file which is then interpreted to fill the Data Set. Each Data Set is evaluated independently by CROUP.
