Tunesets
When using process models, many similar Data Sets may be set up that only vary in one or two parameters, with the remainder of the parameters being the same. Tunesets allow easy setup of the data required in this situation. A Tuneset is a single set of all the process unit parameters and feed qualities required by a process unit model to run. When a Tuneset is created it is initiailized with the default parameters for the process unit. Within the tuneset any numbers of parameters can be overridden creating a unique set of operating conditions. This unique set of conditions is then associated with a Data Set and the unique parameters used to calculate the Data Set values prior to regression.
To use a Tuneset:
-
Ooen the Process Unit Model dialog by double-clicking the process unit model in the Topology.
-
Select the required flowsheet unit using the menu in the dialog.
-
Click the Add button
to add a new Tuneset.
-
Override any default parameters in the Tuneset.
-
Close the Process Unit Model dialog.
-
In the Data Sets List, create a new Data Set to associate with the Tuneset (Calculate from Tunesets).
-
In the Data Grid click the Tuneset column header for the new Data Set and select the required Tuneset to associate with the Data Set from the list of available Tunesets; when the Data Set is calculated it will use the parameters defined in the Tuneset.
-
To remove a Tuneset select the required Tuneset and click the Delete icon
.
