View and edit reference data

Using the View Reference Data dialog you can add, modify and delete information in your data shares. To change the information which is shared between users choose Reference Data from the CrudeSync menu.

Reference data is separated into the following types:

1. Blend Rules - blending rules used within Process Model Manager Reference Manual for selected properties.

2. Info Field - extra information which is associated with a crude.

The type of reference data being modified can be selected using the tabs at the top of the dialog. You can only modify reference data for the data shares to which you have access. Reference data is shared between all users. Each time you modify reference data you are given the opportunity to supply a comment which allows you to detail the changes being made to your data share. When you have finished modifying the reference data click the Close button to close the dialog.
