Associate a Blend Rule to a property

After selecting a property to associate with a Blend Rule select the appropriate rule from the available list

To associate a blend rule to a property:

1. Click Add . The Select Property for Blend Rule dialog opens.

2. Select the property to associate with a blend rule and click OK.

3. Double click in the Blend Rule column and choose the appropriate blend rule.

After adding a blend rule, the predictions list updates to show the new indexed property as a prediction.

In the Data Grid users either enter indexed values for the property, or these can be calculated automatically using the formula associated with the Blend Rule.

The Base plus Delta Model predicts the indexed property value, and this indexed value is output for the model in other tools such as Spiral Plan.
