Nearness Manager

The Nearness Manager allows you to create and manage Nearness Cases which are used to compare the similarity between assays. Each Nearness Case contains the description of the properties, cuts and weightings that are used to decide whether or not two assays are 'near' (similar).

Launch the Nearness Manager by:

  • Selecting Nearness Manager from the View menu, or

  • Pressing the button on the toolbar.
