The Output List shows which properties are output for which streams and is inherited from the Material Types associated with each stream as well as any custom outputs added to the list
Outputs from a Base + Delta model include:
-
a yield or property value for any of the output streams defined in the topology
-
a utility value or other output from the flowsheet unit model
-
the result of a custom user calculation defined as a function of other model parameters.
By default the Output List includes all the properties included in the Material Type associated with each stream. So if a naphtha stream is associated with the Mogas Material Type the Output List would automatically include all the Material Types properties for this naphtha stream.
Each of the properties included in the Output List is automatically added as a row
in the Base + Delta Model Grid ("Grid" on page 140). Streams which are swing cuts
between unit streams are shown with a
icon in the Type column.
When adding an output property to a stream which has a swing cut associated with it, the property is added to both the stream itself and the swing cut. For example if there is a swing cut between naphtha in a process unit, adding freeze point as an output property for the kerosene automatically adds the freeze point to the swing cut as well. It is not possible to add properties to swing cuts directly.
