Copy and delete nearness cases

Copy a Nearness Case

1. Select the Case to be copied in the Case List.

2. Click the copy Nearness Case button on the Nearness Manager toolbar and enter a name for the new Case in the Name textbox.

Delete a Nearness Case

3. Select the Case to be deleted in the Case List and click the button on the Nearness Manager toolbar.

4. When asked if you wish to remove the Nearness Case, answer Yes to delete the Case, or No to cancel.

   Note: You can only delete user-defined Nearness Cases; the default Nearness Case supplied with cannot be deleted.
