Manage licences

To update or manage licences in Process Model Manager Reference Manual choose Manage Licences from the Help menu. This opens the Installed Licences dialog which shows the current licences for Spiral Software tools on your computer.

For each licence, the Manage Licences dialog displays the product, licensee, the licence expiry date, the licence key itself, and the current status of the licence keys. The status of valid licences is set to OK, while expired licences are denoted Expired. The expiry date of expired licences is also displayed in red.

Several buttons in the licence dialog allow managing of the licences:

• Add - adds a new licence for other Spiral Software products, or optionally licensable extensions to Process Model Manager Reference Manual; click to open the Licensing Wizard where licence details can be entered manually or pasted from a licensing email

• Edit - edits an existing licence for a Spiral Software product or extension, allowing the Expiry Date and Licence Key to be updated

• Remove - deletes the licence for the Spiral Software product or extension; it will not be possible to use this product or extension without adding a new valid licence

• Mail - allows a mail request for updated licence to be sent to Spiral Software.
