Run the ArcGIS Feature Service and GeoEvent Server Configuration Wizard

You run the ArcGIS Feature Service and GeoEvent Server Configuration Wizard to connect the layer to the ArcGIS platform.
If the layer was configured to support ArcGIS GeoEvent Server connections (by selecting the check box for Connect through ArcGIS GeoEvent Server), the wizard starts automatically after clicking Create Layer. Complete the wizard to create the ArcGIS feature service and GeoEvent components that supply data to it.
